To file a complaint:
- You must have contacted the pilot through the map on DronePetRecovery.com.
- You confirmed the hire by following our text prompts.
- You paid after you received service (never prepay online).
- Capture photo, video, or documentation as evidence.

Our team will contact you directly to review your case and, if necessary, remove the pilot from our network and issue a full refund under our guarantee.
